Vo2 Max Testing
Vo2 Max Testing
Measure and maximize
VO2 max testing measures the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during intense exercise, a key indicator of cardiovascular fitness and longevity.
During the test, you’ll wear a mask that analyzes breathing while you walk or run on a treadmill or pedal a bike as intensity gradually increases. The test typically takes 10–20 minutes of active exercise plus setup and recovery time, for a total visit of about 45–60 minutes. Your results are reviewed to reveal your VO2 max, thresholds, and individualized heart‑rate or pace zones.
Please note: All clients must complete an initial assessment to determine eligibility and access this protocol.
Performance Oriented
Performance‑oriented VO2 testing can be further optimized by combining with hormonal and metabolic assessments.
Concise Predictions
VO2 max is considered a powerful predictor of overall cardiovascular fitness and resilience.
13-15%
Typically a 1-MET increase (roughly) reduces all-cause mortality risk by 13-15%.
Regenerative Medicine
VO2 tracking over time helps quantify the impact of lifestyle and therapeutic interventions on fitness.
Measures cardiovascular fitness and aerobic capacity to guide training and track improvements.
Graded exercise test with analysis for personalized performance protocols.
Athletes, those starting serious training, or anyone optimizing longevity and metabolic health.
Every 3–6 months during active training phases to monitor progress and adjust protocols.
